Who are we? Where are we from? Where do we wanna go?

Here we would like to introduce to you the organizers and our helpers at the YaYuCo, so you know who is responsible for all the chaos!

The team consists of:

• the organizers, who make all decisions
• the section leaders, who are in charge of specific parts and report to the organizers about it
• helpers with fixed tasks
• helpers who help wherever they are needed at a time (e.g. if a lot of people are arriving at the same time, or someone needs a stand-in for whatever reason (they are affectionately called «Flitzer*innen» by the team – translated as «runabout» or jokingly «streaker»)
• setup-helpers – «helpers light», who only help with setup and tear-down of decorations,..

We need you!

Planning for YaYuCo 2025 is on the way and we would like it if our small con can happen more regularly again – after 5 (!) years break. At the moment we are lacking helpers for this.

We still need people in the following areas:

• Games
• Check-in/Till
• Workshops & panels
• competitions and games
• runabouts
